Quarry Software builds and distributes mobile applications and related software products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarry Software Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services.
